FRANKLIN, Tenn., Nov. 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated (NYSE: CHCT) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a common stock cash dividend for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.  This dividend, in the amount of $0.375 per share, is payable on December 4, 2015 to shareholders of record on November 20, 2015.
