FRANKLIN, Tenn., Aug. 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated (NYSE: CHCT) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend for the period beginning May 27, 2015 and ended June 30, 2015. This dividend, in the amount of $0.142 per share, is payable on September 3, 2015 to shareholders of record on August 20, 2015.  This rate equates to an annualized dividend of $1.50 per share.
