Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated Announces Increased Fourth Quarter Dividend

FRANKLIN, Tenn., Feb. 9, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated (NYSE: CHCT) today announced that its Board of Directors has increased its common stock cash dividend for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.  This dividend, in the amount of $0.3775 per share, is payable on March 4, 2016 to shareholders of record on February 19, 2016. This dividend rate equates to an annualized dividend of $1.51 per share.  Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated has increased its dividend every quarter since its Initial Public Offering.
